Shipping Policy
Medi+ orders are sent via DPD courier and should arrive within 3 - 5 days. If you placed your order more than 5 days ago, please contact us at info@theauraroom.co.uk or here.
All other items are dispatched via Royal Mail.
Please allow up to 7 days for your item to be dispatched if it is a custom order.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 for orders under £40. Orders over £40 include FREE shipping.
